Kalau ke restoran\u00a0fast food<\/em> rasanya tidak pernah bosan. Walaupun menu yang ditawarkan terbatas, namun tetap saja bikin ketagihan. Menurut kamus Cambridge, \u00a0fast food<\/em> adalah makanan yang cepat matang atau sudah matang serta disajikan dengan cepat. Contoh fast food<\/em> adalah nugget, sosis, burger atau kentang goreng. Fast food<\/em> sering dikaitkan dengan junk food.<\/em> Padahal J<\/em>unk food<\/em> \u00a0lebih merujuk pada makanan tinggi energi namun miskin nilai gizi. Contohnya adalah ice cream<\/em>, soda, choco-chips <\/em>dan permen. Makanya tidak semua fast food <\/em>termasuk junk food,<\/em> walaupun ada beberapa yang seperti itu.<\/p>\r\n

Bahaya Terlalu Sering Konsumsi Fast Food<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Sebagian besar fast food<\/em> tidak menyehatkan karena tinggi kalori dan rendah serat. Salah satu penelitian yang di publikasian pada Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine<\/em> menunjukan bahwa asupan kalori anak-anak lebih tinggi saat makan di restoran fast food<\/em> dibandingkan dengan di rumah sehingga meningkatkan resiko obesitas. Hal itu disebabkan oleh minyak yang berkemampuan untuk tingkatkan hormon pemicu nafsu makan. Jadi, tidak heran jika nafsu makan akan lebih besar saat mengonsumsi makanan yang digoreng.<\/p>\r\n

Tips<\/strong> Memilih Makanan di Restoran Fast Food<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Agar dapat mengkonsumsi makanan yang lebih menyehatkan saat di restoran fast food, <\/em>terapkan cara berikut:<\/p>\r\n

1. Pilihlah menu yang paling bergizi dan hindari minuman yang terlalu manis.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Misalnya pilih pizza dengan topping sayuran dan jus jeruk atau susu sebagai minumannya<\/p>\r\n

2. Pilih produk yang rendah gula<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Jika bisa membatasi tambahan gula, minta lah<\/em> minuman tanpa gula.<\/p>\r\n

3. Konsumsi juga makanan penutup tinggi serat<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Pesan salad atau sayuran lain sebagai hidangan penutup. Hal ini berguna untuk tingkatkan asupan serat harian anda<\/p>\r\n

4. Jangan memesan makanan dengan ukuran super besar<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Tahan diri untuk mencoba ukuran besar. Pilih ukuran kecil disertai tambahan sayuran dan lauk. Terakhir, selama dapat mengakses dan mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat, hindari fast food<\/em>. Ini adalah intinya, sebisa mungkin batasi diri ke restoran fast food.<\/em> Banyak pilihan makanan lainnya yang lebih sehat sekaligus sehat. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n
